Salon Policy

At NAILSTIME COSTCO, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To maintain the quality of our services, we kindly ask you to review our salon policies: 1. Appointments We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. 2. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service time. 3. Cancellations Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee. 4. Health and Safety Your health and safety are important to us. We follow strict sanitation protocols and ensure that all tools are sterilized between each service. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. 5. Children For the comfort and safety of all guests, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the salon. 6. Refunds We do not offer refunds for services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to correct any issues. 7. Gift Cards Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable. They must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash. 8. Nail Repairs If your nails chip or break within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us to schedule a complimentary repair.
